Brightening Homes in Philadelphia

Major Energy donated 3,000 LED light bulbs to Rebuilding Together Philadelphia in an effort to transform households into healthy and energy-efficient spaces.

Rebuilding Together Philadelphia (RTP), a nation-leading nonprofit organization, focuses on providing American homeowners critical home repairs, modifications, and improvements. Every year, the RTP team, along with 1,000 volunteers, works with over 100 homeowners through four different programs; Block Builds, Asthma Trigger Reduction, Middle Neighborhoods Initiative, and Emerging Rebuilders, to help improve the lifestyle in Philly.

“We are thrilled with this donation by Major Energy,” said, name and title. “This donation will enable us to help additional residents in Philly to make their homes more energy-efficient.”

Major Energy values the communities it serves and is passionate about making a positive change in the world for a better tomorrow. The 3,000 LED light bulb donation producing light up to 90% more efficient than incandescent light bulbs will provide RTP tools to facilitate their initiative to brighten Philly’s homes.
