Neighbors Helping Neighbors, One Home at a Time

A generous 3,000 LED light bulb donation from Major Energy to Rebuilding Together Long Island will help residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes.

Rebuilding Together Long Island (RTLI) has been helping create safe and healthy homes across Long Island since 1992. RTLI’s mission is repairing homes, revitalizing communities, and rebuilding lives. RTLI performs repairs in carpentry, electrical, plumbing for seniors, veterans, and families as well as home modifications for those with physical limitations.

“We just want to say THANK YOU, Major Energy, for this generous donation of LED light bulbs,” said Stella M. Hendrickson, President of Rebuilding Together Long Island. “We will use these light bulbs to help our neighbors in their effort of making their homes more energy-efficient.”

“With this donation, we’re glad to empower RTLI to continue to be the source of hope for many Long Islanders,” said James G. Jones II, Chief Financial Officer for Major Energy.
