Please follow the steps below to claim your electricity Prepaid Card:
– Complete the online form after remaining a good paying customer for at least 3 months to claim the promotional gift card (issued in 1 card). Customers who submit claims before 90 days of service will not be eligible for promotion.
– Please complete the online rewards form at https://majorenergy.com/major-energy-online-rebate-form/.
– To qualify for your $100 Prepaid Card, attach a copy of your most recent bill showing Major Energy as your electric supply company.
– Customer must have an active account with Major Energy in good standing, not pending cancellation, and remain on qualifying plan at the time of Prepaid Card processing to receive this Prepaid Card and must submit the form within ninety (90) days of the respective eligibility date. Particularly after ninety (90) days of the effective date of Major Energy service for the first/only prepaid card.
– Limit one Prepaid Card cycle totaling $100 per account.
– Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
– The Prepaid Card will be mailed to the account holder of record.
– Customers are only eligible for one reward per premise.
